Cutscenes keep automatically skipping even though system requirements are met (Steam® version)

  1. Go to SYSTEM > BASIC GAME SETTINGS > Skip Cutscenes and make sure it is not set to “Skip already-seen dialogue” or “On.”
  2. Try installing the VP9 codec. Please install the VP9 codec by installing “VP9 Video Extensions” from the Microsoft Store at the website below:
