Q.Scientist on Holiday Costumes – Known Issue & Fix Schedule

A.We have confirmed the following issues with NiCO’s Scientist on Holiday costumes.


■ Issue Details
When purchasing the following costumes, the included Scientist on Holiday Glasses cannot be used with other costumes and characters as intended.


■ Affected Costumes

  • DOA6LR NiCO Scientist on Holiday: The Wavelengths of Cat Tails
  • DOA6LR NiCO Scientist on Holiday: The Relativity of Twilight
  • DOA6LR NiCO Scientist on Holiday: The Regularity of Altocumulus Clouds

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in our Ver.1.04 update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Important Notes / Workaround:
  • - If you change from the Scientist on Holiday Glasses to a different pair of glasses while using one of the affected costumes, you will not be able to reselect the Scientist on Holiday Glasses for that custom slot.
  • - To use them again, please delete the affected custom slot and create a new one.

Q.I purchased the PlayStation®5 standard edition, but the Character Unlock Keys are not working right.

A.Restarting your PS5® console and restoring licenses may resolve the issue.

Q.I can't purchase Character Unlock Keys on the Steam® Store
  • Customers who purchased and performed the initial download by around 1:00 PM JST on June 25.

A.The store settings for the free-to-play version of DOA6LR (Core Fighters) have been corrected, and Character Unlock Keys should now be purchasable on the Steam Store. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q.I saved controller settings, but when I launch the game, they're suddenly reset.

A.After launching the game, do not skip the logos. The settings will then be correctly applied. (Bug fixed in Ver.1.01a)
