Kula Diamond is a modified human created by an organization called NESTS.
She possesses a special power to instantly freeze water particles in the air.
The operation with which she was created had also left her with some complications, like having candy as her favorite food, and she tends to behave immaturely than she appears.

She favors quick strikes and unexpected transitions to Special Attacks through cancels.
Kula also has powers to use ice in her attacks and can increase damage by freezing her opponents.
