Perform the following procedure to install the Steam client.
1. Go to the Steam website.
2. Click the "Install Steam" button on the upper right.
3. Click the "Install Steam Now" button that appears in the middle of the screen.
4. The installer will begin downloading. Once the download has finished, run the installer.
5. Follow the instructions to install the Steam client.
