It was recently discovered that some of the achievement/trophy conditions in Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate are listed as "Clear all courses" when the actual unlock condition is "Clear 1 course". This applies to the following achievements and trophies:

・Arcade (Tag) Cleared
・Time Attack (Tag) Cleared
・Survival (Tag) Cleared
